Craft Beer Growler

Fill Your Growler at These Downtown Minneapolis Craft Breweries

There is nothing quite like a delicious pint of cold craft beer at the end of a busy week. If you’re looking to kick your feet up with a glass of a new brew, these Minneapolis craft breweries near our Minneapolis apartments offer takeout.

Clockwerks Brewing

Clockwerks Brewing is a downtown Minneapolis steampunk-inspired craft brewery focusing on carefully crafted, well-balanced, session-style beers. You will find solid lagers, traditional bocks, session IPAs, and other light-bodied ales. You’ll also find one or two seasonally appropriate big flavor beers in rotation. Add to that a 7BBL brewhouse right behind the bar in the taproom, and this brewery is perfect for getting your crowlers and growlers filled.

Because Clockwerks is a big supporter of homebrewers, they will reserve one of their taps for a talented home brewer to show off a particular recipe.

Day Block Brewing Company

The Day Block Brewing Company‘s namesake is Leonard Day, a local flour milling and lumber industry entrepreneur who bought the building and entire block in 1883. As a result, the brewing company Day Block is a hat tip to the original owner. Day Block works to provide the best craft beer from the freshest ingredients with quality local ingredients, and a good water source. Above all, Day Block ensures that fresh ingredients add to the subtle nuances of their brews. You can fill your growler or crowler with any of Day Block’s signature brews or seasonal beers.

Lakes and Legends Brewing Company

Lakes and Legends Brewing Company came from the idea that it could create a great craft beer of the north. Therefore, they specialize in craft beers that range from traditional styles to limited releases inspired by Minnesota farms. Lakes and Legends is the first and only Minnesota Grown brewery partner in the state. It celebrates local flavors through their Farm series of beers brewed with locally grown ingredients. Come fill up your growler with a seasonal craft beer.

Along with these craft breweries, our apartments in downtown Minneapolis are near other locally-owned craft breweries. To become a resident of our community, please contact us for a virtual tour.
