Graze: The City’s Newest Food Hall

Food halls have become increasingly popular in cities all over the United States. The perfect place for foodies, these food halls bring together a mix of specialized flavors. In Minneapolis, the latest food hall to open its doors is Graze Provisions and Libations. Located in the North Loop, this bi-level food hall encompasses over 14,000 square feet and includes several restaurants as well as a spacious rooftop patio area and lush outdoor space.

Here are some spots to explore at Graze Provisions and Libations:

Honey and Rye Bakehouse

With its original location in St. Louis Park, Honey and Rye Bakehouse has now put down roots in Minneapolis. Started as a neighborhood bakery, Honey and Rye Bakehouse has continued its mission to use locally-sourced ingredients to produce seasonal pastries and bread. Working with local companies, this charming bakehouse serves up customer favorites such as Park Sourdough, Honey Challah Braid, and Peach Blueberry Pie.

Carbon Pit Beef

An offshoot of the popular roving GastrotruckCarbon Pit Beef is now making its home at the Graze food hall. A hallmark of Baltimore, pit beef is a new venture in the Minneapolis area. Slow-roasted and then thinly shaved, this mouth-watering beef can be served in a variety of menu items such as the Pit Beef Salad, Pit Beef Sandwich or the Pit Beef and Beer Cheese Fries.

Flagsmash

Described as “food without borders,” Flagsmash is another food truck that has ventured into a brick and mortar business. Global cuisine is the main focus of Flagsmash, with bold flavors inspired by Greece, South Korea, and Italy. The ever-changing menu features tacos, burritos, and quesadillas piled high with meats, vegetables and an array of handcrafted sauces.
