Minneapolis Yoga Studios with Virtual Classes

With most businesses temporarily closed, and many of us spending more time at home, you may be missing familiar activities and faces. Fortunately, you don’t have to leave your Minneapolis apartment to attend classes at local yoga studios. Many studios in our community are continuing to support their students with online instruction. Take classes at these Minneapolis yoga studios with your favorite teachers, or try new studios and styles.

Yoga Sol

The staff and instructors at Yoga Sol make it their mission to make yoga accessible to all. This has now taken on a whole new meaning, but the studio is up for the challenge. Continue to enjoy your favorite classes, and see familiar faces by taking live stream classes. Classes are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, and once you register, you will receive a link to access your session. Enjoy Yoga Flow, Candlelight Yoga, mediation, and more.

Core Power Yoga

The instructors at CorePower Yoga are famous for delivering robust, sweat-inducing classes that give you a great workout while also helping you find your center. You can continue to get your workout in with your favorite teachers with daily live-streaming classes. For the duration of the shutdown, classes are free. Visit their website for the link to access the schedule each day.

Sacred Space

The instructors at Sacred Space Yoga are passionate about creating a serene, nurturing environment for their students. Now that the studio is temporarily closed, they are helping their students recreated that environment in their homes. Classes are available on a donation-based system and include flow yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and more. You can also access a library of on-demand classes with a membership.

Staying connected with the community is still possible, and there are many ways to connect virtually while we spend this time at home. We’d love to connect, too! Please contact us to learn more about our community.
